Transferring money from account abroad

Hi all, My wife and I are saving for a deposit and she has savings in Japan, I'm just wondering if you could advise on the cheapest/best way to transfer large amounts of money over to her Irish account. Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask. Thanks

Thanks, Ravima, that seems like a good option but it looks like they don't support Yen.
