Unable to register for myeir & eir sport

    I have recently moved to for for bb and phone.

    I have tried numerous times to register for myeir and eirsport apps.
    I have tried live chat. 1st rep said he'd help. After 30 minutes he disconnected.
    Next guy said they can't help and gave me a number to ring.
    Got through to eir sport and the usual bs call centre reply was "O my system just went down...I will put you on hold while I try to sort it"
    After FORTY minutes on hold the call was terminated.

    Terribly poor customer service. I would think twice about recommending for to family and friends.
