One HMDI.... connection TV

I have a TV with one HMDI Connection.
I have my set top box plugged into it.
I have an android tv box that only has
Way to connect to my Tv. To use it I have
To plug out my tv set top box HMDI cable and
Insert the HMDI cable in to use my android box.
It's a bit of a nuisance. Is it possible to get some
Sort of inexpensive adaptor that I could maybe plug in
To the tv ..so that I don't have to unplug one HMDI in order
To plug the other one HMDI CABLE in. Thks Paddy

You can get adapters in tesco that will do the job or you can gett them online as well.
