Replacement SIM for a Xmas present phone

Hi,

I have bought a new phone (SIM Free) for my girlfriend for Xmas. She is an Eir prepay customer and currently has an iPhone 4S and the new phone is a Moto G5S. The iPhone has a Micro SIM, whereas the Moto requires a Nano SIM. Would it be possible for me to acquire a replacement SIM in an Eir store so that she would be able to get it up and running when she opens it on Xmas morning, or would she have to acquire it herself.
