Triangle is brilliant! Very under-rated film. George is really good in it, and it has a great soundtrack. Must re-watch it. I'd also recommend Black Death by the same director.

Force finished it last night, will probably be the same.. rubbish, it's like they ran out of steam and any sort of direction mid way through.

The pacing was all over the place
One episode in the middle was only a half hour long !!!!
Also felt they didn’t tie up a few stories very well

Still good but could have been so much better

Christopher Smith is one of the great unsung filmmakers. His latest film Detour is on Netflix and well worth a watch. He did a Christmas film Get Santa that was a lot of fun.

I started The Sinner yesterday and watched two episodes, I found it hard to get stuck into and found it went back and forth a lot. Going to try ep 3 this eve, hopefully I can get stuck into it :)

It's actually called Detour. Wrote it and was looking at it thinking it didn't sound right.

Obviously this isn't news for most but ive just finished gorging on Its always sunny in Philadelphia. If you haven't watched it get on it. Little 20 minute bursts of craziness. Can't believe it didn't get more of a commercial run on TV here. It's consistently brilliant. Up there with any comedy series in the last 10 years.

Gorged on Unabomber last night. Lasted until about 5 minutes into last episode and fell asleep. Absolutely brilliant... Episode 6 is truly amazing alright!

Yea it's very good but the editing for the cut scenes is dire.Clearly where the ads ment to be but other than that it's a great show.

Can anyone explain to me how in the Thomas Crown Affair how he got the painting. He really annoying me.

I looked him up and realised I'd seen Creep (good for what story it had, though I would've liked something with a bit more meat on it as far as the antagonist goes) and Severance (one of my favourite horror-comedy films). I shall check out Detour and Black Death as they both sound promising.

Got through a few over the last week:

Godless - I liked it, thought it was enjoyable but overly long. Could have done it in half the time.

MARS - I preferred the docu side more than the fictional side!

The Sinner - Again, overly long but captivating at the same time.

Dark or Punisher next for me.

In the list of what's coming in January, the documentary Restrepo is well worth a watch.

Really enjoyed The Wheelman, think Locke with gangsters.

Do we know which adaptation that is? I'm hoping it's the (somewhat maligned, but vastly underrated) Francis Ford Coppola version ...

Unabomber was excellent, but there were FAAARR too many of those Eureka moments that can be unbelievably cliched.

Does anyone know when the next Season of How to Get Away with Murder is being added to Netflix?

I know RThave the rights hence why there's a delay in them coming to Netflix Ireland.

    The lifeboat has set sail

On Episode 9 of The Crown, (Season 2). It is so good. Very well acted and lots of stuff I never knew before. Well worth a watch. Personally I think Season 2 is even better than Season 1.

The content is very good and alot there to watch,it definitely justify its price especially when a few people are allowed to watch it at the same time.

I think overall it's excellent value for money. Can't please everyone though!

Gets used every single day in our household with the 4 people in the house. Delighted to see Dirk Gently coming back and I enjoyed the first season of Van Helsing for the pile of nonsense that it is.

I think one thing that rarely gets a mention in relation to streaming services (netflix or Spotify at al) is that it encourages you to take a risk on content that you wouldn't usually try; it's not like years ago where you had to pick one movie, or one album cos that's all you could afford.

By using streaming services I've had my own tastes widened considerably. Love it!

the 4 screen package is an absolute bargain. I share it with my whole family, and they share their sky/spotify with me :D

If you were paying for it alone, I still think it'd be worth it though. I've heaps of stuff still to watch, and I use it quite a bit. I'd probably cancel sky before netflix.
