I went into town to finish all my Xmas presents yesterday, but I somehow STILL have ones left to get. In a fair bit of pain due to a flare up and my plan was "mind over matter" - which 100% did not ****ing work. But sure at least I got most of them sorted!

And my flat is freezing right now :(

I intended to eat really healthily for a few weeks so that any weight gained from Christmas excesses wouldn't seem so bad. Unfortunately I have no willpower when it comes to sweets so I have been eating like a wh0re.

When two people have a difference of opinion over some trivial point and then hijack a thread for pages with a series of annoying 'I'm right, you're wrong' back and forth posts.
There are some seriously highly strung people on boards.

I fúcking hate how two faced some people can be and then to make it worse they try treat you like an idiot with some cock and bull story that they expect you to believe.

Only saving grace is that person in question needs to meet me this week but I hold all the aces in that dept so I think I'm gonna quite enjoy the next few days.

For the record you couldn't be more wrong, if you had actually taken the time to read my post before spouting off you would have noticed ...blah blah yacketty shmaketty.

Sometimes these arguing boardsies try to look smart by using weird upper class insults. I remember somebody calling someone a 'low-born oaf' once. wtf! Are we in merry old England? :p

The Grand Tour ads are now on the radio. Bombarded. Clarkson is a giant potato in a blazer, with his 2 lapdogs.
    Go away.

Zero caffeine ... zero sugar ... zero point.

I'm off work recovering from the Man Flu, and idly browsing a few websites. I don't often go to YouTube's "Trending" page, and today I remembered why:

Does this have something to do with my geographic location, perhaps?

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.

Being something of an aficionado of Star Wars and matters appertaining thereunto this long time, I went to see The Last Jedi in the moving-picture house yesterday afternoon. Decent enough romp I thought, even if Kylo Ren is a knobjockey. Nice to see Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher, may she rest in peace, de-mothballed for the occasion.

Now, I had hardly stood up from my seat after the end-credits rolled when this youngfella, no more than fifteen or sixteen, says to his mate "There is SO much wrong with that film. I felt totally under-represented by the narrative!".

What in the name of Cheeses is this about? Did he expect the film to be about him? I mean, I didn't feel as if Chewbacca was really speaking to me personally, but I got over it. If not, what was the child on about? Where are they getting this shit??
