Ekbards joins the cliff party. "Did the erictreacy space cart survive? We should keep a look out for it"

Bandylegs also scans the area for any signs of their supplies, the cart or indeed Elin.

"Push on to try find somewhere to rest, soon though"

    I start towards the cliff.

OOC: What's the state of the cliff now?
The front of the cliff has collapsed forward, in a sense moving the cliff back a quarter of a mile.

    chop the bodies into pices

then back to the fork and go middle
The middle passage goes on for quite some time. Goodie has been moving for ten minutes through it.

OOC: Keep going or go back?

Neither BandyLegs nor Saeros's heat vision reveal Elin's body. Some of the carts seem to have gone of the cliff. Others are buried under the mass of bodies.

OOC: You estimate that it would be, it has lessened the angle of the slope.

Bandylegs pushes on towards the cliff face, continuing to scan for danger as he moves towards it. He walks towards the sheer drop on one side, and also has a brief scan to see can he locate Elin.

I think we should find shelter for the night, a cave or a clearing against the cliff face. All this rotting flesh is bound to bring back the wolves and worse during the night (shifty look at the vamp).
I'd rather not be caught out in the open. I'll start looking for somewhere along the cliff face.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

"Anyone to guess how long before nightfall? The cliff looks more straightforward now but I don't want to climb in the dark"

    Bandylegs calls back to Moy.

'Sundown is upon us lad. I'm not climbin' that in the dark either. I agree with the elf there...never thought I'd say that. Saeros, how are yer arms feelin?'

i decide to go back and explore the third fork

Othegre wakes from her nostalgic revelry, mutters something and her mask doors snap out and close.

"Getting chilly out here... It would be so awful if some of you didn't make it through the night, such a tragedy..."
She begins to construct an igloo from corpses, checking if any are animated before adding them to the macabre construction

"Maybe it's the approaching darkness but your ears look like they're starting to grow points Bandylegs. Agreed then so, let's not go too far alone, I still can't trust the vampire"

I start to head around the cliff face, looking for any reasonable bit of rock we'd fit into, or smaller alcoves once they aren't far apart.

“Find wood. Get it close in to the cliff and start a fire. We need the warmth and protection it gives”

OOC: Any trees or bits of the cart left up here, Four

OOC: How long would the trip back to Sardenjard take somebody with encumbrance 1

The third fork leads to a chamber with a large knight, eight foot, sitting on a stone chair. His helm is currently closed and he is not moving.

Moy finds an alcove to fit four people and another which can fit two.

An executioners sword about six foot long. Impractical and most likely for show as it has skulls and flames etched on its surface.

OOC: You would estimate a day at full run, assuming you don't get lost.

    Bandylegs calls for Moy.

'Have you found anything, lad? Night approaches, we must not delay!'

Bandylegs gathers wood from a smashed tree nearby and places it into his backpack.

OOC: Five foot, it would be very difficult for him to fit through.

The sun sets. In the night light the portal atop the mountain looks impressive, several colours dance in the air, swirls of light orbit it. Small spheres float out and in of the gateway.

    Cave system:

A grisly face with sunken eye sockets and a smile that pulls back his skin to his ears is beneath the helm.

Again very well preserved, but dead.

Above the group the mountain portal contracts around the peak and then there is a sharp high pitched noise as the portal pulses and a wave of multicoloured energy emerges and begins flowing down the mountain.

Bandylegs readies his hands and scans the mountain for danger.
