    Hi All,

I am looking to get furniture/antiques valued in Dublin (northside). Are there any dealers in Dublin that will come to a house to value items? - I have quite a lot of items and taking a photograph of them all and sending by email seems a lot of work.

    Any help appreciated.

You could try some of these dealers https://collectireland.com/antique-shops/

or an auctioneer might be able to help: https://collectireland.com/auctions-2/

Are you getting them valued for insurance or are you planning to sell some or all of the items?

Bear in mind that dealers will be wary of tyre kickers (time wasters) so you might take a photo or two of the best items so the person you ask to do the valuation will consider it worth their while to come out to you. Needless to say, you will need to pay for valuations done for insurance.
