Anyone got Conors megapost of FFAs and votes handy?

    Steve
    Isla
    Ewan
    Frank

Two of the people on your FFAs yesterday are now dead, have you any notions of who they might be replaced with?

Winny, everyone on your FFA is dead, what do you make of that?

First couple of posts on thread looked like they were trying to be entertaining and looking for thanks.

Ive one or two others in mind but will save those till tomorrow.

From a wolf prespective im on Doris as an sk now, couple of things she posted early in the game which ill quote later for my FFA. Hard not to see something forming on Phil based on the votes/post but id be wary of going all in on him just yet. Ill hold off and see how/if he posts today.

I will go back through the Teegan/Conor voters as i feel there is one or two wolves in there; it looked like a bandwagon formed somewhat.

Please go ahead and quote them

    everyone else is still alive.

Tegan was a possible wolf but there is no way to be sure. Wendy a possible Mogwai given her jokes but I feel we would have found out already, Conor may have been leading us the right way and Gabby someone else thought could have been the Mog but im not sure why

That was pages and pages ago, it was pointed out I missed off the mod killed quiet poster a few times but the person I was trying to help at the time got the list they were looking for long ago.

So SK's should be trying to find each other. Far too risky to telegraph though. It's somewhat in their interest to kill the other to get double kills. I'm gonna treat them as two separate teams.

Why is everyone so hung up on post counts? I'm reading (skimming) over the whole game and as a newb genuinely finding it difficult to follow.

It took me 2 days to figure out SK's were serial killers!!

Would people prefer I just post nonsense to get my counts up? Coz I can do that!

I think it's only Jake that keeps using the term pocketing with regards me but agreeing with someone once, on what I don't even recall, and then later calling them out before anyone else when they request BG protection on thread isn't exactly what I would call trying to get them in my pocket. If I post something wolfie fine but otherwise I'll still be more curious about others like Phil or Winnie etc

Ok so this. You copied Conors reasoning for suspicion and barely even changed the wording.

He accused you of such as below, to which you didnt respond at all.

    Conor's real #FFA1

    1. Holly - pipes in with a comment about getting people to speak up, she has 3 posts herself :pac:
    2. Isla - carbon copied my FFA and then later altered it slightly.
    3. Winifred - pops in to cast shade on me then vanishes out of sight again. Kudos. I think she's an SK btw.

And then this morning, this in response to me:

I completely agree that the more FFAs we have the better for judging people later and that those who have not done one for two days will draw suspicion on themselves.

Completely seperately though asking for the BG to protect you on thread obviously stands out to people.

Isn't everyone? I mean I don't think anyone has said I have done anything wolfy just that I talk a lot without being decisive and yet the finger has been pointed at me plenty too.

you were third in the order of where im looking at the moment. At least I gave my reasoning why be it correct or incorrect in your opinion and I did expect you to counter attack.

I'm not convinced your a wolf though and think you could just as easily be the Ghost of Christmas past for example but I do suggest you put as much effort into discussing others as you do me unless i've done something others have. I don't want to take the village off course.

And this: no one is accusing you of being indecisive. We are accusing you of not posting anything of substance. Just parroting what others have said.

I would be looking at Winnie and Gertie today. Those are the two that are ringing my alarm bells. I don't have a No3 on my FFA as of yet

    #FFA
Winnie - Something not sitting right, going to re read and get back
Gertie - reactions are way over the top and I think they are a wolf caught with furry knickers down

Becuase of how he died I believe he may have been on to something.

He accused me of copying his fake FFA but I had Tegan top of mine he did not so they were different.

Yeah that response to you shows that I both agreed with one thing you said and called you on what I thought was odd behavior. Not exactly trying to get you on my side or something.

I actually don't think you are someone to be in contention next time the the more I read back but I fear that those who are to be worried about are not posting that much, and thus someone like yourself gets more of my attention. I think you are intent on having me in your cross hairs even if I've not done much Wolfie but hope you can also spend as much time on others

It's a way of seeing who's contributing, generally at least a wolf or two will have a low count, and most will fall into the mid-third of players.

I normally don't get too hung up on it, just as a gauge for activity, like isla has been plenty active but posted feck all substance, Orla on the other hand has about 25 posts, most of which are good posts. Which would put isla in my bad books and Orla in the good books.

The main thing is What I said to Angus earlier, in 2 days, 6 more players will be dead, if they're all high posters at the end game we will have a bunch of players who won't stand out or have any posts of substance for other players to read. in these cases, good work done early by the village is undone as its essentially a ****show of low posters guessing at each other's 15 posts.

So yeah, don't post nonsense to boost your count unless you think you can pull it off but the more you post the easier it is to read you in most cases, if you're an NRV (we're all NRVs if anyone asks (non-roled villager)) then that's good for the village.

    Right now ,

    My ffa2

Jake ; probably fueled by my paranoia but I cant shake the idea that hes bad. Not saying hes a bonafide wolf but I find myself responding to his posts negativly and seeing reasons why a wolf may want to act as he has. In my eyes he tried to clear phil this morning as soon as conor was killed, he denies this but its what I saw. Maybe im wrong but I cant shake the feeling of suspicion with Jake.

Nigel ; very helpful this morning, maybe that is how he wanted to appear. Reposted some other villagers posts without really having any silid feelings himself. Nigel makes my list as wolves usually like to appear helpful.

Phil ; not sold on him being bad yet, but his absense is doing him no favours either so he makes uo my list.

The more people post the more likely they are to reveal themselves be it as good or bad to the other villagers. Of course nobody wants nonsense but even if I am the worst example of this apparently, the more people talk the better for the village.

As ive previously stated, I agree with this logic.

The more talk, the more chance a wolf can slip. Silence whilr doesnt make you a wolf, doesnt help either.

Isla, Steve, Frank, Phil, Nigel, Gertrude, Wini, Mary

As I said earlier, I have to believe there's at least one wolf in there who hoped to hide in with a group of voters last night, and hopped on the Tegan vs Connor bandwagon.

I'd rather Isla peeked today. They are suspicious but active.

It's the middle of that pack posters, Steve, Gertrude, Wini and Mary, I'd be focusing on. Three of those four will make up my FFA today, I reckon.

I have no fear of a peek but it'll probably be something we wouldn't know about for a while anyway as (okay of course im going to say this) when I am peeked good, the seer won't reveal this as not outing themselves would be more important than saying someone is good.

The good thing is I think we will have those four posters, and the posters with a generally low post counts posts under a microscope when they finally do resurface today.

Fair enough - I dont know enough to post substance - I mean, ye are all just making genuinely clueless guesses at who is what when no-one has said anything as far as I can see to reveal themselves really. Armchair psychologists clutching at straws for the most part.

The problem with this is that if you are struggling to get a read on people, and don't have the same amount of time to dedicate to reading the thread as some other players, you spend all your time reading, then refreshing and reading more, and any time you go to post something it's either asinine nonsense or way behind the current level of analysis. And those are the kinds of things that get you lynched. So unless you're constantly contributing it's very difficult to gauge when to dive in without drawing fire on yourself.

Yeah I know, whine whine whine CONTRIBUTE.
Uh... Nigel seems like a decent guy, despite his first day.
Winnie seems to have had genuine issues getting into the game, which might have contributed to some narky responses but I'm still suspicious. I think I'd like the seer to peek her if possible.
If Riona is playing the "new guy" card, fine. But if you're the new guy and you don't hit the ground running you are a better lynch than a possible villager who is contributing. Yes, this is a thinly veiled "kill her before me" plea.
You'd have to have balls of steel to be an SK or Wolf and be in the top 5 contributors - so the alpha might be in there but the seer can't see them so lynch the suspicious big hitters, peek the middle, let the mods cull the low-end posters who haven't contributed today and if any of them vote tonight and/or stick in a single last minute post they get lynched tomorrow?

I might have them round the wrong way, but I know I was thinking on both of them. It could be that they both lost the plot a little and when I get a bit of time I can look over the posts and see.

That's pretty much it, we don't try to hide our cluelessness. Getting people talking is the only way to get any read on them, even just questioning why someone says a certain thing about a certain person or pointing out any logical flaws can help separate wolves from villagers.

If we were all to sit back until we were sure who the wolves were we might as well just vote randomly.

And the first three days are normally mayhem where no one has a clue, it gets slightly easier as the game goes on.

May I.also add to my ffa2,

While I have made 3, I also suspect riona. I feel they are lying about being new. I shall give them the benefit if the doubt for now, but let the record know my feelings
