Why couldn't validate my credit card with BOI Card Care?

    Why couldn't validate my credit card with BOI Card Care?
    I'm trying to register my BOI credit card to BOI Card Care, but
    couldn't validate my credit card, after the typing my card details 
    and try to verify account  it's show: " Your details cannot be validated. Please try again"
    Can anyone help my with this issue, please?
