Heated Quilt

    I have a heated quilt, I've not used it for a few years. It smells damp now it's unpacked, obviously, I cant wash it.
    How do I clear the smell? I've had it airing for a few days now and it's not totally smell free yet.

    Are you sure you can't wash it? I have an under-blanket that can be. Do you have a clothes dryer? Could throw it in there with a potpourri sachet!

    As the wires are embedded in the quilt, I assume it cant be exposed to water, but I'll have a look tks.

    sprinkle it with breadsoda, leave it on for a day or two and hoover off.
