Zara returns

Can anyone advise me what zara returns are like without the receipt for faulty items? Trousers are still in stock at same price, are they fairly good for this kind of thing or should i even bother the trip if they will point blank refuse me?

only one way to know - go in and try! IF there new stock and faulty then they should replace them
