    Stairs up or down?

    She examines the intersection for traps, then takes 3 steps to the left in case Saeros follows. She looks down each corridor for light, slime, decoration and traps. Counterclockwise starting with the one to her left.

    All the stairs go up, all have their steps covered in slime. No traps that Othegre can see.

    The entire party hears an massive rumbling and Othegre feels a surge of divine energy. A true god has arrived.

    The ladder shakes as the three climb. The bells sing out across the complex.

    The mass is heard stretching then a snapping sound. Two separate noises now. It has split. One mass begins to make its way to Othegre from the North stairs, the other begins to head up a floor to the same level as Bandy and Ekbard.
