A lot of dealers have reduced their prices since last month so they may not reduce them again until about March/April. If you have time on your hand and no car to trade then just wait till then.

They preregged a load of them last December to make up the numbers to beat Hyundai, so I'd hold tough til January and see what happens. They more than likely won't go up in value or get sold in the meantime.
You could reasonably expect some trade ins of 171s and 162s for 2018 as it's the kind of car you buy with your heart as well as your head

This time of year car dealers have used car deals because they want to clear the forecourt to make way for next year's stock. This means you can go in and

    'Flash the cash'

and get a bargain. Did you have other cars in mind?

Just a side note re the CHR, if you have young children then they wont be able to reach the door handles as a work colleague of mine found out to her horror as her 4 and 6 year olds now have to wait to be let into car as opposed to being able to get in themselves when she had her previous Astra.
