Balisong trainer knife

I would like to purchase a balisong trainer knife but I'm afraid that it would be confiscated by the customs. I searched the internet and found mixed responces. If the dull training balisong knife is illegal, would the ones with the knife replaced with a comb be illegal? Any help would be appreciated.
