    Could I also ask for recommendations for a architect, engineer and builder in the Louth/Monaghan area.

    -snip- architects out of our price range.

    Looking to design and build a two storey contemporary house with vernacular twist, have a site and percolation testing has started.

    looking for recommendations by private message for an architect / engineer and builder in the limerick / north cork / south tipp area

    have planning granted 10 months now but looking to change the design at rear and side of house and start building next summer
