Renewal offer is higher than quote online.

    Hi,
    I got an offer from you by post for renewal (due on 17/Dec/2017) of my current car policy. However, it is higher than I got quote online from your website. I wish to get a cheaper renewal offer with a price at least should be the same as online quote. Any chance that you could do something to lower this renewal offer ?
