Gate opening hours - pedestrian entrance to center

Hi, Does anyone know the opening hours of the pedestrian entrance from Grove road into the Blanch Center - the one beside the Fingal offices, near TGI and Driocht. Thanks

Not a proper answer I know but it's open early enough that kids going to coolmine school can walk through so I reckon before 8.30? That's if it closes at all? They access apartments at the back there and AFAIK they have 24 hour security so it may always be open
