My name has been mispelled on bills (but is correct on MyEir)

Hi folks, I'm trying to use my Eir bills to verify my address with the bank. But they've come back because my name is misspelt on my ebills. However when I go into 'my account' on MyEir my name and details are correct. How do I go about fixing this please? Regards, Paul C
