Just wondering if anyone know of any Best Western hotels anywhere in Ireland?

Yes. Google or the Best Western website will help you identify them. There are hotels in that chain in Northern Ireland and in the Republic.

Best Western is a loose affiliation of 3* and 4* hotels for listing purposes, it is not a 'chain' under common ownership. Probably irrelevant nowadays with all the booking and price comparison websites out there.
