Considering buying an NI car

I’ve seen a car at a dealership in NI that I’d like to buy. Is finance an option here in ROI to purchase? Vrt of approx €4700 will apply also. What’s the best way to approach the process? Any advice? Not sure where to start!

And unless you take out a personal loan from the bank which commands a higher interest rate, a bank may not give you a car loan to buy a car outside the State. Credit Union is another option.
