A profit again today, even though it is small enough.

I have a small few quid on Isaac Bell at 14/1 who won his first flat race recently, ran 6 or 7 times in bumpers in Ireland, winning once before going hurdling. That was back in 2014 and it is remarkable that he should now win on the flat and is a bet for small stakes in the 6 40 at Kempton.

Ran very well to land the place money.

Just backing 2 Thursday,Domitilla 8 15 Chelmsford looks a good bet at 11/8--5/4 in the maiden fillies race,8 runners but only two others have any kind of chance,Ifyoubelieveindreams and Manaahil but Botti's horse Domitilla was a good 4th last april in a race that threw up plenty winners and ran well behind the well backed Gosden trained Damocles when beaten a length 8 days.Domitilla looks a banker.

In the 7 45 I am backing Tadaany who used to be trained by David Omeara but is now in the care of Ruth Carr,Tadaany has not won in 14 starts but ran a blinder last time when 3rd behind Whosyourhousemate over a mile at this course when beaten 1 1/4 lengths, probably not fully wound up then as it started at 50/1

Also ran well here last December off 79 in a 7 furlong handicap only beaten half a length. Now off 73,bottom weight Tadaany is worth backing at 10/1 ew on a track that suits.

Danny Tudhope rides Sir Chauvelin in the 3 15 at Doncaster before going to Wolverhampton to ride Impart in the 5 50 and Acrux in the 7 50,both should be well fancied and with Omeara on the 98 mark for the season they will be doing their best.

It is difficult to see how Tudhope will have much time to spare and the fact that he makes the effort is significant.I am puzzled that he should stay in Doncaster to ride Sir Chauvelin and risk being late for Imparts race at 5 50.

Sir Chauvelin appears to have a tough task in the 3 15 as he seems better over further and ran a blinder in the Northumberland Plate beaten 2 1/2 lengths, however he has won a few races over a mile and a half and if there is money for him I would not rule him out.

Tudhope rides Bravery in the 1 35 at Doncaster and he could run well at a price even though an extra furlong would help,Hajjam could be worth an interest in the 1 oc here also.

There is a bit of money for Acrux in the last at Wol,i am on at 8/1 and I hope Tudhope can overcome a poor draw.

Zimmer, I think in the past you have had word for some of Matthew Smiths? What do you think of his 2 in Carlisle tomorrow - Shalaman and Winter Lion?

I will see what the story is in the morning.

My contact no longer involved with both horses and some changes re both in the offing,i am trying to get the sp on them in another way and I may or may not be successful.

If there is any news I will post it.

Winter Lion has had a wind operation and I am sure connections will be happy with the waye he ran but I have no idea why they had to go to Carlisle

I had a look at the first race in Newcastle 3 40 and the fav Tonto's Spirit is on a roll and seeking a hatrick in this race.He is a credit to his trainer and is seeking his 9th win since moving to this trainer in march 2016,he won his first race off 45 and now races off 76 on the flat.

Won last two races by 6 and 14 lengths and that's why he is fav, however he is now in a class 4 on his first run on the AW and 8 lbs higher than his last win and I believe his run will come to an end.

Mobbhij let me down last time when well backed finishing 11th of 14 over 12 furlongs at Kempton, before that over C and D he was a good 4th behind Waiting For Ritchie running on well behind the winner who was up with the pace all the way.

I think the race is between Mobbhij and Waiting for Ritchie and I favour the lightly raced Mobbhij to come out on top,Montanna was 6th behind both last time and has a pull of 7 lbs and 9 lbs with the two.

I will back Mobbhij ew and do a few small stake forecasts and tri-casts with Mobbhij Waiting for Ritchie and Montanna.

Osco Mosco has been 2nd six times and may finally get his head in front over hurdles in the 2 25 at F house, has his easiest task yet and at 9/4 is worth a bet.

I did a tricast but wrote reverse forecast by mistake on the docket so got screwed. It returned 70 instead of 200+

He's just served up a near 125/1 winner!
    And it's free.
How many tipsters that you have to pay for can do that?

Had a look at the Chelmsford card and had to go to the last race at 8 55 to find one I can back.
King Kevin looks to have by far the best form in what looks a very poor contest, lightly raced, his last two runs have been his best and he should be better than the very moderate bunch he meets here.

3/1 with a couple of firms and a bit less with the rest is worth taking. The horse attracted a bit of money in a few of his races and will not have to improve on what he has done to win here.

Whip up a Frenzy has been with two trainers before coming to David Omeara and has shown very little in a long time.Has run 23 times since his last win (4 runs for Omeara) and his last run suggested that Omeara might be able to sweeten him up to win again.

My main bet is King Kevin, who should win and I will have a saver on Whip Up A Frenzy who is 10/1 now and may drift.

Gnaad (9/1) could go well in the 1.45 at Southwell. Had a bad run last time out against stronger opposition at 6f, but that was a furlong further than he is used to. He's back down to 5f for this and it's also a drop in class. He can run very strongly at 5f having won his last two at this distance.

Competitive race but worth an e/w at 9/1. Some bookies paying 4 places.

Don't worry someone will still be on moaning or saying it wasnt give in crystal clear fashion or in enough time or it was a nonesense race rather than a Cheltenham festival race or the Grand National, so hence not worthy of applauding
