    What is it with Eugene Street? I've literally never heard anything good about the place. Had friends living around the corner a few years ago and they had worse experiences with gobsh!tes from Eugene St than the old flats beside it, which were at the time regarded as the most dangerous gangland blackspot in Dublin - Eugene St actually had more anti social behaviour. Anyone know what the story is?
