Rust on Patio, caused by grass feed

Hi guys,
Hoping this is the right place for this. Put some feed and weed killer on my lawn last week. However I now notice lots of little rust stains on my granite patio. Power washer isn't budging them. Any ideas how to remove them?

I've heard of people who poured lemon juice on these stains and left it for 5 miners and then scrubbed with a nylon scrubbing brush, leave for another 5 minutes and rinse off - repeat if necessary. I'd test on an area first.

Rust is iron oxide so you need a reducing agent like an acid or sodium dithionite.

BUT granite may be damaged by acid so be careful and test a small bit first.
