Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

God that article is really poor, "SNOW BEFORE STORM" "FREEZING ARTIC WINDS".

Yes because snow on the top of mountains, the top ten of which excess 1200m, is exceptional somehow smh.

Rina looked to be falling apart 2 nights ago, now forecast to get to 19W as an extratropical storm of around 40kts. Western Donegal is at around 9W, Mayo 11W.

MUCH less powerful than Ophelia, although it would potentially be an orange warning for Donegal/Sligo if it tracked exactly as forecast and maintained strength for an additional 24hrs.

Edit: All the models seem to show a non event for us, mind.

Will the daily star publish an apology for printing absolute nonsense?

Sure wouldn't that call into question their very existence then? Weather sells unfortunately and the more dramatic the better!
Regardless if it's actual weather or not.
