One Parent Family Arrears

    Just wondering does anyone know how long it takes for One Parent Family arrears to come through? First payment was 4 weeks ago and the letter received just stated arrears to follow shortly? Cheers.

    Could be anything up to 8 weeks. If you were getting another payment (SWA) while you were waiting then your SW office would have to wait to hear back from the CWO.
