Improving guitar player - online sites?

I'm been messing sound with guitar for a few years now, mostly taught myself by looking at YouTube videos. Have all the basic chords, Barre chords are a bit of a problem though! Looking for recommendations for sites, free or paid, that will help me improve further. I can't read music or tabs.

+1 For Justin guitar. Great resource bit the focus on singing put me off him

Have been with guitartricks for 6 months and find it great
