To get your FREE set of 40 Christmas Fairy Lights, click on the Redeem Now button below, print your voucher, and bring it to a Woodie's store to claim.

    https://www.electricirelandrewards.ie

I'd add pics but when I went in this morning they hadn't the particular light set out yet.

I was in again to the Limerick Woodies and was told the lights won't be in stock until Wednesday the 8th. Hope this saves someone some time.

Last year it was the same old story. All gone or never came in. SuperValu were giving a box of LINDOR last year. Electric Ireland offer. Any sign of that!!

I'd try for them but it would mean a 7 hour (minimum) drive to the nearest Woodies.

I sent Woodies an email last night about it and got a reply an hour later:
My apologies for the poor service you experienced in our Limerick store

I will investigate the issue with the store and come back to you with a resolution on Monday

    Regards
    Mark

Went out there again today and they did have the 40 fairy lights. I went to the counter and was told the offer was only for the white variety rather than the multi-colored ones. Of course the white ones weren't in stock.

Also the guy I emailed above never got back in touch with me as he said he would.

:edit: I just checked the offer page and the terms and conditions. Makes no mention of it only being for white lights. What a complete shower of idiots. They just keep saying to me "it's not our fault".

Hardly worth the cost of the diesel to pick them up.
5000 fairly lights , now that would be a bargain ;-)

I've always found Woodies poor at honouring these EI offers, particularly the Osram light bulbs.

They are so poor. We never got the bulbs, they kept saying would be in next week and when we called they were gone! :(

Wow, is this a lousy reward programme. They should be sending those lights per post. Aside from the poor availability, no way I would drive to Woodies to collect something EI didn't even bother to include a photo of.

In stock in Tullamore, got the multicoloured one's. Worth 3.99. stickered as RRP 7.99.
Looks like the white one's are there too.
