Problem with WPRN using water.ie

Hi,

I'm having issues logging into my account on water.ie. I can't remember my password, and the email I use isn't recognised.
I tried using the "Forgot Username" option, but it can't find my WPRN and Account number combination. I contacted Irish Water Care on Twitter a few days ago, but haven't heard anything back yet.

- Name;
- Address;
- Contact number;
- Account Number & WPRN; and
- Confirm if you are the named account holder.

I had the same issue and just rang them on 01 707 2824, had it sorted in a couple of minutes.
