Git first ftth bill, charged 180 instead of 70!

I think its because of two things; 1. no discount for 6 months of ftth and 2. a 93 charge for Part Period charges and credits from sept 26 - oct 25, I got fibre before then, paid last months bill and even so its never more than 70. Can I PM someone the required details to fix it? ty
