Roaming rates in Thailand/ UAE

    Hi,

    I'm travelling to UAE and Thailand on Thursday and I'm just wondering what the roaming rates are? I'm on the Mobile Unlimited 15GB plus roaming plan? Are there any add ons that I can buy. How is data usage treated?

    I'm afraid we don't offer data roaming add-ons for Thailand or UAE.

    Thanks for this. I rang customer services today to ask if my account was set up for international roaming outside of the EU only to be told that Eir don't offer roaming outside of EU. Can you check if my account has worldwide roaming enabled and if not can you enable it please?

    That information is incorrect Stephen. we offer free roaming in the EU, we don't offer this outside of the EU. The agent probably got this mixed up. If you send me your account details in a PM, I can check if roaming is enabled.
