Fibre Broadband Installation Fee

    [font=Walsheim-Regular, Arial, sans-serif]Hi, I received my first bill and I note that there under "Other Charges" that I've been charged a €100 "Fibre Broadband Installation Fee" despite confirmation from the agent that there would be no installation fees. I understand that first billings can be messy but I would appreciate clarification on this point please.[/font]

    Thanks for getting in touch. We offer free broadband installations so you shouldn't have been charged for this. Can you PM me your account number and full name please?
