    Hi,

    I placed an online order for a eir mobile bill pay yesterday. Got an email asking for ID and proof of address, which I uploaded. Does it really take two days to get a reply?

    Thank you for getting in touch.  As this order was placed on a Friday, it can take a bit longer to receive a response due to the bank holiday.

    Did you try and get in touch with them again today?
