    I've just had a cvrt failure on my 20yo camper for rust and corrosion on the chasis. I appreciate it's not quite a classic (yet) but I figure you guys might know some reputable engineering / body shops? I'm in Dublin and want to get a few quotes to weigh up my options. Any recommendations or warnings appreciated by pm if not allowed on thread? Thanks!

    I'm sure you will get some recommendations here, but it may also be worth 'googling' the Irish camper van owners club (or whatever the club is called).

    Try contacting 'BenzWorkShop' (Dublin) - he has a facebook page. I know he has a local bodyshop who carries out repairs and restoration work for him.

    Very good, just looked at there website.
    How did you find them price, where they reasonable in comparison etc.

    I found them reasonably priced yeah but I wouldn't say cheap. They had a quick look and gave me an estimate which is what I was charged.
