as per title for some reason its is not connecting i topped up yesterday , working fine yesterday , not working today ? modem shows reception and everything fine ?

I wanted to join this sent off for sim received 2day put sim in phone & sent text message 180Day to 50104 & got a text message back saying to contact customer support.

yea i did all that used it for 3 or 4 months now topped up also 3 or 4 times , but for some reason not working today , is it cause of storm brian or something i have no idea

edit: started to work yes :cool:
