I dont think im over reacting,in fact my intial post was just to poke fun at the way its been handled/the irony rather than to convey any annoyance about it.

Even calling it a "prestiege" activity now looks like a mistake now. Wheres the prestiege in everyone glitching it/using exploits to get it done!

Destiny has pretty much run its course until the next DLC drops. Couldn't be bothered Ieveling a third character.

I haven't made much use of it, keep forgetting but it is usable in both PvE and PvP. There's only one upgrade for the shotty, prestige drops the shader for the gun but I don't know if that is guaranteed or random and maybe it can be got from other sources.

I've seen videos of it in pvp and the range is mental for a shotgun. Damage falls off very quickly outside of optimum range but if you're within range of it you are in serious trouble.

One problem after another. Mess of a launch and evidence that bungie have no idea what they're at.

Look at the nightfall we were supposed to have - it was bugged before, and bugged in the exact same way when they put it live thus week. How dies crap like that happen?

Also - could they not just remove the emote and offer up 200 bright dust or something as a compensation for it? I find it shockingly bad from Bungie to simply remove Trials for 2 weeks over it.

In order to qualify, every member of the team should have to live broadcast and save their full run, it would save **** like this.

Give it to team 2.

Team 2 were at it as well. Think you have to go all the way to team 6 to find a team not at it.

The duration of their ban is 2 weeks. You couldn't make it up!

Don't play trials - so doesn't affect me, but talk about taking the nuclear option. It is really strange that -- as the lads said above -- that they can't just disable the emote. Reddit must be melting down to a salt plain at the moment.
