Payed my landlord money towards Water Bill. Can I claim back?

Hi

I payed a year water Charge to my landlord. He will get it refunded. What's my legal route for getting it refunded back to me?

Hi theman91,

Thank you for your query.

We are obliged to make payments to the main account holder. If your landlord is the named account holder and you made payments to them, you will need to engage directly with them on the refund. We can only engage with the named account holders.
