Caller ID blocked on IPhone 5-help!

Hi all, Know it should be easily fixed,my IPhone 5 is not showing my number or Id when calling someone else. When I go into phone settings it seems to be ok. Could someone please do a step by step walkthrough for me of what steps I take to unblock it, Thanks, W.P.

Settings > Phone > Show my caller ID > (turn on).

If it's already on, or turning it on doesn't change things, call your Network Provider, as they have network-based settings which can override handset settings.
