Repair for Spear & Jackson jigsaw (CLare)

I have a S&J jigsaw, that is generally working fine, but does have a few mechanical things need fixing. I am loath to bin it & get a new one, but am having difficulty locating someone in Clare (Ennis area) who could fix it. Anyone know anyone?

Can you give more info on it, what is actually wrong with the mechanics of it.

New on ebay for about €20 hardly worth repairing

OK so you have to arrange carriage but with something like address pal its not going to cost that much.

The "wheel" just behind the blade has come off - I can hold it in place with a nail, but its not satisfactory. Probably just need to get the correct size bolt to fix that
Also I suspect a blade broke off withiin the clamp, as I cant get a new blade to fit anymore (or I can, but it falls out as soon as I start using it)
I can probably have a go at taking it apart myself, but if there was a repair option I'd prefer that.
That said, as noted, they are cheap, so maybe just buying a new one is easier

Just buy a new one. They aren’t really designed to be serviced/repaired.
