    SWIFT, you might need to walk into your bank branch. But it's going to cost you both for the transfer and in the bad exchange rate.

    Otherwise, transferwise/currencyfair have very easy online verifications.

    I downloaded the transferwise app and it seems pretty straightforward. They can take payments straight from your debit card.
