Calling on 1890 260 260 for the last few hours, emails sent, chat app used no one has responded...is there a different number-or anything online re. service outages/updates? Thanks.

Seems to be down in Longford too the last half hour or so. Seeing a red light in the router for internet. Reboots haven't helped.

That was a scary 15 minutes in Co. Kilkenny. Kids were making rudimentary weaponry in frustration.

Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.

Broadband working again now, but now TV giving "Connection Error" message, presumably due to modem problems?

Same problem in Enfield outage at 5.15pm - no response from 1901 or 1890 260260 - customer service ! - its a disgrace and if I had an alternative supplier I would gladly say goodby to EIR
