old type electric token meter,

    hi there, we currently have an older type token meter in our house that was there when we moved in 20+years ago,currently there is only one shop in our town selling these token cards,is it possible to upgrade to the newer meters which can be topped up by phone/credit card ,thanks

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    Yes, the Pay As You Go (PAYG) Sales team can advise you regarding installation of a Smarter PAYG meter - on 1850 30 50 95.

    They may need to transfer you to Customer Service also, so that an order can be put through to the relevant department for removal of your token meter.

    In case you need to telephone Customer Service yourself, their phone number is 1850 372 372. Their email is service@electricireland.ie (allow a number of working days for response).
