How do i add pics ?

Basically the winder that you pull out to adjust the time broke off from the shaft , now it will screw back in , but i can't adjust time

The Tissot warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, knocks etc.

I don't know if you can make a case that it 'shouldn't happen'. It's not sold as a rugged-ized watch so I don't know if there's an expectation that it should withstand a bang to the crown. It would depend how hard the knock was.

If the stem has broken or if the crown has simply detached from the stem then it's a simple fix which should be reasonably affordable assuming parts availability. It needs to be done by an authorized dealer to maintain the warranty.
