Can't seem to reset Zyxel eircom modern

I have the black eircom zyxel modem, I think it's the 1000. Today my internet has given up, only the power and the wifi lights are on the modem. I've been trying to reset it but it's not working .I've stuck a pin in until the lights turned off and let them come back on again but it comes back as the same SSID if set on it,…

Is there any thing special I should be doing to reset this modem?
