Changing single rad to a double

Quick question. I'm changing an old rusting single radiator to a similar sized double. Do I have to change the brackets as well or will the original brackets do?

Did mine ... pain in the wall !
Not only new brackets and holes and screws ... but also i had to cut in to the plasterboard as the width of the new radiators werent fitting / matching the location of the current pipes off the valves !
