Some nice fixtures there, Vikings Steelers could really go either way be great to watch the Minnesota d against that offense.

Titans jags will be really interesting too, which is not a sentence I've ever had cause to say in my few years watching the sport.

Packers falcons will be the big high profile game but I wasn't too blown away by Atlanta last week tbh, think Green Bay will win there.

Its going to be a good game. Bortles looked competent at the weekend. Marriotta and the Titans need to bounce back here. Massive game!

Wheres the value for the Superbowl winner?

I was just looking and Pats @4/1 lost their 1st game as did the 2nd faves the Seahawks @ 17/2.

Falcons vs Packers should be a cracker in a repeat of last years NFC divisional game.

Falcons offense stuttered under new OC Sarkisian and they really need to get the excellent run game going again to compete against Rodgers and co.

Patriots @ Saints, and Cowboys @ Broncos are the Sky games.

Texans v Bengals ; Do I have to pick one of these teams? Rookie QB in first start to struggle in Cincinnatti
Patriots v Saints ; Patriots to bounce back against a Saints team that looked toothless on Monday night.
Bills v Panthers; Panthers to up their performance after lackluster week 1 win against SF
Vikings v Steelers; Great matchup between Steelers vaunted Offense and Vikings impressive Defense, Pittsburgh to win close.
Bears v Buccaneers; Buccaneers to win home their opening game against, what looks to be a much-improved Bears team.
Cardinals v Colts; If the Cardinals can't beat the Luckless Colts they can pack the season in.
Browns V Ravens; Both teams exceeded expectations in week 1, but think the Ravens are still ahead. Thought Kizer looked promising.
Eagles v Chiefs; Another good-looking matchup. Chiefs to continue their impressive run of form handily.
Titans v Jaguars; Titans can't afford another loss this early in the season, and not sold yet on a Jacksonvville turnaround.
Jets v Raiders ; I have nothing. Raiders in a canter.
Dolphins v Chargers; Chargers will be at home, but not much of an advantage. Dolphins to sneak it, in a high scoring game.
Cowboys v Broncos; Cowboys had an impressive win, while the Broncos were excellent for 3/4s. Home field tips me toward Denver.
49ers v Seahawks; That Seahawk O-Line gives me pause, but their D looked as good as ever. SF looked like SF. Easy for Seattle.
Redskins v Rams; Rams D-Line to put Cousins under pressure all day, for another easy Rams win.
Packers v Falcons; Packers have a brutal opening two games, but handled the Seahawks while the Falcons struggled with the Bears.
Lions v Giants; I can't believe the Giants can play so poorly again, but Stafford and the Lions seem to find ways to win late.

Good return from Jones might give the Bengals a spark, but man did his head bounce off the turf when he was tackled.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,700 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

Crazy play, first time the Bengals have some success offensively and they fumble it Clowney, who looks like a DB running it back!

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,700 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

...fair play to Dalton, diving in to save the TD after he injured hmself making a tackle a year or two ago. That said, the Bengals have 5 net passing yards with a minute to go in the quarter and 3 possesions.

The only one watching the game tonight it seems. Probably for the best. You are missing nothing but ineptitude.

I'm half watching this, Watson seems to be under huge pressure and not sure how to adjust to the speed of the game, making iffy decisions. But with a bit of protection and experience he could come good. He has some serious moves that could be useful in extending plays if he can get a feel for things without starting to hear phantom footsteps first from getting hit all the time.

All I have learned from this game so far is that the Bengals punter seems really good.

    Lots of practice.

Geno Atkins knocks Deshaun Watson out of his cleats, like a cartoon, but a great run a couple of plays later for a TD. Brutal defending/tackling from the Bangals though.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,303 ✭✭✭CardinalJ

Great from Watson. Gets absolutely smoked and then rushes 49 for TD.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,700 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

The last minute of the half has produced more yards than the first 29.

I only woke for the last 3. Saw score. Decided to see if anything happened for last few mins.

Well it's not gotten any prettier....definitely not my imagination that these Thursday games are the pits.
At least it is close I suppose.
Ready for a barnstorming last 10 minutes.
