batteries on aetlingus?

    Hi guys does anyone know if we are allowed have batteries in toys for plane on aerlingus?
    It's for my sons singing teddy but a friend said that they can't put them in hand luggage if they have batteries inside?

    Nearly 100% of passengers carry a battery in either a phone or a laptop (or multiple)

    Singing teddy bear? For the sake of other passengers, maybe leave the batteries behind and just pick some up at your destination?

    The only batteries prohibited might be spare lithium-ion batteries

    Thanks guys Ha I would be more worried about the other passengers sanity if we didn't have his teddy :)
