Sewage / Man hole overflow into driveway when there is heavy rain fall

We have been trying to raise a serious issue we are experiencing with the sewage/man hole outside the house. In heavy rainfall the road gets flooded and causes raw sewage to over flow into the driveway. This is horrific and its extremely dangerous. Can this please be prioritzed immediately.
