Ive been looking to buy a Gaming Computer for a while and i wanted to know if this was a good buy? I am also trying to figure out what Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, Headphones, OS and if i need anything else??? (Further down the line which would add to the cost)

Ya i wanted too but i was advised to save a little more for a setup that would last longer.

I'm still not very knowledgeable on computers so i'm always second guessing myself on what to get.
