How to check the status of a Credit Card Application

    Hi,

    I applied for a new Credit Card last week. I'm just wondering where I can check the status of the application? I've received no email / phone / text communication since I submitted the application on Banking 365, and I can't see anywhere on 365 or Card Care that seems to allow you to view status. Any help appreciated.

    Welcome to Boards, and thanks for your post.

    Usually, it takes 2-3 business days for a Credit card application to be reviewed.
    If you haven't heard from the lending department, you can call them on 1890 365 100 and an advisor will be able to check your application for you.
